Official Support Options
- Phorum.org hosts support forums of course. The old Phorum 3 forums are available as read only as well.
- Phorum Online Chat is a Java applet front end for our IRC network. It allows for web based chat with the dev team. You will need Java and a current browser to use the service.
- The Phorum IRC network which is the backend for the chat applet is also available for those familiar with IRC. Just hop on irc.phorum.org (US) or irc.mysnip.de (EU) and go to the #phorum channel. If you are interested in a live feed of source commits and forum posts, then go to the #phorum-notify channel.
Help in your language
- Phorum.org a aussi un forum en langue française. Il n'est pas officiel, vu qu'aucun des développeurs de Phorum n'est francophone. Néanmoins, si votre anglais n'est pas suffisant, peut-être y trouverez vous l'aide que vous cherchez.
